'Teen Mom 2' season 7: Jo calls Kailyn a name, Leah wants Miranda out of her business in season 6 finale

The "Teen Mom 2" season 6 finale will be as hot as the heads of Kailyn and Jo, who will engage in a major fallout in the episode. The former confronts the latter about missing all the important events in their son's life.

Kailyn calls Jo out for not being there for Isaac as a father during his game and his graduation. He defends that he didn't know about the latter and that he was only late for the former. He is cussing as he explains his side and calls Kailyn an idiot.

Needless to say, Kailyn flares up and reminds him of the time she shied away from bringing her issue of child custody to court. She then gives him a talking to about his responsibilities as a father not only to Isaac but also to his and his pregnant girlfriend Vee Torres' baby on the way.

Meanwhile, the "Teen Mom 2" season 6 finale will also finally see Leah out of rehab. Among the first things she does is talk to her former husband Corey about their kids Aleeah and Ali but she can't bring herself to start the conversation after seeing Corey's wife Miranda sitting close enough to listen in.

Lastly, it will show Nathan's efforts to resolve his and his ex-girlfriend Jenelle's differences. He urged that they need "a game plan" in order for them to finally "stop the fighting, stop the feuding, stop all the madness and violence."

These fights started when Nathan brought his new girlfriend to pick up his and Jenelle's kid. Jenelle attacked them and Nathan told the police about it, hoping to have a restraining order issued. Jenelle questioned his intention for making peace, adding that getting a new girlfriend just complicated things.

The "Teen Mom 2" season 6 finale will air Sept. 24. The episode is very aptly titled "Face Off."
