Maxwell Lord (Peter Facinelli) has finally perfected the antithesis of Kara Danvers' (Melissa Benoist) valiant alter ego in the upcoming episode of the hit CBS series "Supergirl."
In "Bizarro," the promo shows the CEO of Lord Technologies presenting the finished product of all his sleepless nights. Viewers will meet the Bizarro version of Supergirl, and she is one tough wench to defeat. Based on the clip, she has the same powers as Kara, but without the conscience. She is completely under Maxwell's bidding, calling him "my lord." The tech wiz is even seen teaching her that Supergirl is a bad person and people like her should be punished.
Last episode, Kara and Alex (Chyler Leigh) watched the former's doppelganger throw a car dangling in the bridge during a news flash. Kara looked flabbergasted, because she knew she was not the woman she was seeing on the screen. The clip shows her tracking her "twin," and asking her to stop causing chaos in the city. The Bizarro will just go murderous on her and it is a safe bet that a larger-than-life fight will follow.
Meanwhile, Kara also deals with Cat Grant's (Calista Flockhart) determined son, Adam (Blake Jenner). The lad is resolute that they go out to have barbeque. Cat is finally acknowledging her assistant's help in making their reunion easier than expected, but will she change her mind once she finds out Adam is interested in Kara as a woman?
Last episode, Adam learned that Cat did not write the nice letter that made him come to National City. He told his mother that he would give her another chance to make amends, but Kara should be with her for the meeting. It becomes obvious, however, that Adam find Kara interesting. He even asked her out on a date. If Cat learns that the two are going out, how will she react? Will she fire Kara (again)?
"Supergirl" airs Mondays at 8 p.m. EST on CBS.
