Cast announcements on season 2 of "Scream Queens" had a lot of fans excited, due to the fact that the hunk actor Taylor Lautner, who played Jacob from the hit movie series "Twilight," will star as Dr. Cassidy Cascade.

This character is going to be put in charge of the Chanel Oberlin as well as Chanels 3 and 5, according to the Parent Herald. Aside from Lautner, season 2 of "Scream Queens" also got John Stamos and James Earl, playing the roles of Dr. Brock Holt and Candy Striper, respectively. These two actors were from "Glee," which certainly puts more spice on the show.

The new season will also bring back Jamie Lee Curtis and Emma Roberts, with the former playing Cathy Munsch and the latter Chanel Oberlin. As for Chanel 3, 5, 6 Billie Lourd, Abigail Breslin, and Lea Michele will play the roles. Keke Palmer, who plays the role of Zayday, will be accompanied by Glen Powell, playing Chad Radwell, and Niecy Nash as Denise Hemphill.

Billboard speculates about the possible other cast members of this show, with Katy Perry one of the more interesting ones on the list. After all, should the "Scream Queens" creator Ryan Murphy add her to the show, her character will join Chanel Oberlin and Dr. Cassidy Cascade. Her popularity is undeniable, after all, and her presence will delight her fans, along with her quirkiness that would surely find home with Chanel Oberlin, Cathy Munsch, and the rest of the season 2 cast of this show. Regardless, if ever this turns out to be the case, this won't be Katy Perry's first time to take on an acting role, since she also played a role in "Zoolander 2."

The second season of "Scream Queens" will start airing on Sept. 20, as scheduled by FOX.

If you look at the Church of England’s communications all that it ever seems to highlight is the good works that Christians do to improve the temporal well-being of their neighbours. It is right to highlight these things, but they are not the primary reason for the Church’s existence.
