The company Ubisoft has already released the Starter Edition of their popular online shooter RPG "Rainbow Six: Siege." The game is already available on the PC for just $15, according to Windows Report. This game is already playable through the PS4, the Xbox One and the Windows PC platforms.

This first-person shooter video game features characters, or operators, who will fight against terrorists. These operators could have various nationalities and abilities, including the British SAS, the Russian Spetsnaz, Canada's Joint Task Force 2, Germany's GSG-9, France's GIGN, the FBI Hostage Rescue Team and two operators hailing from the U.S. Navy SEALs.

Forbes reports that this new Starter Edition will let the player gain access to two random Operators picked out from six: Sledge, Rook, Ash, Mute, Fuze and Smoke. They will also get to gain credits with which to purchase more operators or in-game content. Otherwise, however, this Starter Edition will include most of the same basic things that you get from the standard version -- same modes, levels, maps, weapons, servers and content with no restrictions.

There are various options that will be made available to players when they purchase the Starter Edition, starting with various random operators and Credits for unlocking more. According to CrossMap, the entire game will have 4 total DLC packs out by the year, starting with Operation Black Ice, which unlocked 2 brand-new operators, along with new guns, weapon skins, and a new location- the ice-cold waters of Canada.

The newest one is also the Operation Dustline, which was released last month. Ecumenical News mentions that Ubisoft is also planning to have three more US, Brazi and Japan-themed DLC expansions that will be out by the second quarter 2016. Players are encourages to purchase the "Season Pass", which will let them get discounts, features, credits and promos for the new DLCs.

However, players only have a small window of time to make this purchase. The new features and content from the Starter's Edition is going to be available from June 2 to 19, though the full roster of Operators will still not be completely acccessible.
