People's Choice Awards 2014 live stream free: Watch red carpet online: [CBS start time 8pm]

The 2014 People's Choice Awards will take place in Los Angeles on January 8, 2014. The award show will broadcast live from the Nokia Theater on CBS at 9 p.m ET. The red carpet will be available to view via live stream at Peopleschoice.com at 8 p.m. ET.

Fast & Furious 6

Iron Man 3

Monsters University

Star Trek Into Darkness

One Direction's 'Best Song Ever', Demi Lovato's 'Heart Attack,' Pink feat. Nate Ruess 'Just Give Me A Reason,' Katy Perry's 'Roar', and Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball' have been nominated for Favorite Music Video.

The winners of the annual awards are chosen by fans, who have been voting online to select their favorite celebrities, artists, movies and TV shows. Voting is still open in several categories and fans can still vote online here.

This year's awards will be hosted by Beth Behrs and Kat Dennins, who both star in "2 Broke Girls."

During the show, singer Jennifer Hudson will be honored as Favorite Humanitarian. The Grammy winner was chosen to receive this award for her work with the Julian D. King Gift Foundation, an organization she formed with her sister Julia in honor of her nephew Julian King, who was tragically slain in 2008.

Hudson stated: "Thank you for honoring me with the Favorite Humanitarian Award. My sister Julia and I were raised with the belief that helping others was always very important. I am so grateful that the People's Choice Awards and Walgreens have come together in the same spirit. This spotlight will provide us with the opportunity to share all the amazing work being done by the Julian D. King Gift Foundation for children in the city of Chicago and around the United States."

Celebrities attending the red carpet and award show ceremony include Ian Somerhalder, Nina Dobrev, Britney Spears, Lucy Hale, Melissa McCarthy, Sandra Bullock, and more.
