'Orange Is the New Black' season 3 spoilers: Piper reveals inmates 'do other things' in prison besides catfights

With just a month away from the season 3 premiere of the critically acclaimed "Orange Is the New Black" series, Netflix finally unveiled the latest trailer that gives fans a glimpse of what's in store for them next season.

The stream service provider released the season trailer Monday, showing a few clips about the future of the characters in the series while providing a brief glimpse of the past.

Piper (Taylor Schilling) seems to provide the perfect summation of the series this season.

"People think all we do is have lesbian sex and strip searches and naked cat fights in the shower," she explains to the new inmates with a sweet smile before pausing and changing her expression to a serious face to add, "We also do other things."

When "Orange Is the New Black" returns for season 3, the inmates of Litchfield Correctional Facility will face a lot of new challenges, and more drama will unfold within each cell.

Piper will return for the third season alongside Alex (Laura Prepon), Sam (Michael J. Harney), Red (Kate Mulgrew), Crazy Eyes (Uzo Aduba), Taystee (Danielle Brooks), Daya (Dascha Polanco), and Poussey (Samira Wiley).

They will be joined by new characters like Stella Carlin (Ruby Rose), who will be the new love interest of both Piper and Alex. Stand-up comedian Mike Birbiglia, "Fringe" alum Blair Brown, and Marsha Stephanie Blake from "Stand Clear of the Closing Doors" are also expected to join the cast this season in still undisclosed roles.

There are also reports claiming that a new character will be introduced in season 3, and it will be based on popular home and kitchen guru Martha Stewart. However, there are no details yet about who will portray the said role.

"Orange Is the New Black" season 3 begins on Friday, June 12.
