The OnePlus 4 is speculated to offer a flagship performance without the attached flagship price.

The China-based manufacturer is expected to release a flagship phone killer in the early part of 2017. It is rumored to carry the powerful Snapdragon 830 chipset from Qualcomm, which will be paired with an 8 GB of RAM. The processor will be based on the 10 nm FinFET manufacturing process, which is the first of its kind, and it will have a Kyro 200 CPU and Adreno 540 GPU.

It is also speculated to have a 23-MP main camera and an 8-MP front shooter. Internal storage is pegged at 64 GB, but it can be expanded up to 256 GB by using a microSD card. It is also allegedly carrying a 5.5-inch OLED display that has the capability to offer 4K screen resolution. It is also said to offer a 3D feature of some sort, although not much information is available at the moment. All of these components will then be enclosed in an aluminum casing and Corning Gorilla Glass.

When it comes to the operating system, it will definitely arrive with the Android 7.0 Nougat, although it will be laced up with their very own Oxygen OS user interface. While Apple's latest smartphone is priced at around $899, the OnePlus 4 is expected to cost around $400 only.

Its predecessor, the OnePlus 3, was launched not more than 6 months ago, and it already features 6 GB of RAM, the biggest this year so far. Even the flagship phones from Samsung and Apple do not carry this large capacity of RAM. They only contain 4 GB and 2 GB, respectively.

The current model also contains a Snapdragon 820, a 16-MP main camera, an 8-MP front-facing camera, a 1080x1920 resolution with 401 ppi pixel density, and a USB Type-C reversible connector. It also contains a non-removable 3,000 mAh battery, which can be charged up to 60 percent within 30 minutes because of the company's Dash Charge feature.
