Rumpelstiltskin (Robert Carlyle) will do everything to save Belle (Emilie de Ravin) in the upcoming episode of the ABC series "Once Upon a Time."

In "The Bear and the Bow," ComicbookMovie reports that Emma (Jennifer Morrison) is still not giving up on her quest to turn Rumpel into a hero. She will devise a plan where he will be forced to turn into one by using Belle. Rumpel will reportedly face his greatest fear to save Belle from danger. Will he succeed?

In the promo released by the network, the new Dark One can be seen telling Merida (Amy Manson) that her task is not yet over. Viewers will then see Belle coming face-to-face with a huge bear. Rumpel is horrified to see such a gigantic beast bearing down on her, much more that it is his biggest nightmare. But he still summons the courage to divert the animal's attention so Belle can run. Will Rumpel live another day?

Last episode, Emma succeeded in freeing Merlin (Elliot Knight) from the tree that entrapped him. It was revealed that to do this magic, she took Violet's Olivia Steele Falconer heart so she could break Henry's (Jared Gilmore). Regina (Lana Parrilla) was furious with Emma for what she did, stating that she has now embraced the darkness within her.

Emma's son finally had his much awaited date with Violet. Everything was going well, until she told him that she could not return his love. Henry was heartbroken. To think that he even asked Emma to find Violet's lost horse to make her happy. Unbeknownst to her, Henry did this so the gang could go inside Emma's lair. That was when Regina saw from a dreamcatcher that Violet really has feelings for Henry.

Meanwhile, the International Business Times reports that Merlin lifted the spell that Arthur (Liam Garrigan) put on Mary Margaret (Ginnifer Goodwin) and David (Josh Dallas). He revealed that he could also lift the darkness from Emma, but there was just one thing. He asked Emma if she truly wanted to be freed from the evil inside her.

"Once Upon a Time" airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
