DC President and Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns revealed his 12-part comic book series "Doomsday Clock" in their panel at the New York Comic Con 2017.

The comic event series in the DC Universe is a collaboration work with Gary Frank ("The Incredible Hulk" and "Supergirl"), who Johns has worked with before, will find the Watchmen and the Justice League (Rebirth storyline) in one epic and historical mash-up.

To keep teasing fans, DC Comics has published the first 12 pages of the first issue. All pages are in black and white, but the sheer awesomeness of the Johns and Frank duo will not leave any reader disappointed.

A group of rioters are seen in the cover page of the book with one guy hold out a placard that says "The End is Here." In the next few pages, parts of the story is revealed. Adrain Veidt (Ozymandias) is being hunted by the government while chaos ensues in all corners of the world. Nite Owl's team has been reported inactive, while Dr. Manhattan is still at large.

The next cover of the comic book event featured batman reading a journal with a note from Rorschach that said, "If reading this now, whether I am alive or dead, you will know the truth."

Lex Luthor is seemingly teaming up with Ozymandias in the third cover of the series, and he does not look very happy about it.

The first relation to the "Doomsday Clock" was written by Johns in the first issue of the DC Universe Rebirth. The writer hinted to the readers that someone powerful was messing with time. Fans who have been following the Rebirth storyline across the DCU were thankful that some of the once-dead heroes have come back to life, like Flash (Wally West). His return messed up Dick Grayson's (Robin I, Nightwing) storyline which in turn messed up the entire storyline of the entire Titans team.

"Doomsday Clock" is scheduled to be released on Nov. 22.
