Folks who would want to catch a glimpse of the New Year's fireworks display events can look forward to the following destinations for the following regions. And for those who do dare, be ready to go early and well spend a potentially long time before the fireworks display kicks off.

San Francisco will hold its annual New Year's Eve fireworks over at Pier 14, a 15-minute spectacle which will likely be synchronized with music as other countries. Fireworks will be launched from barges placed 1,000 feet out in the bay.

So for folks who want to get a good view, your best choice to do so will perhaps be at Sinbad's restaurant located along Embarcadero between Mission and Folsom Street. If that becomes too crowded, you can also try viewing it from Yerba Buena Island/Treasure Island or Telegraph Hill.

In Washington D.C., fireworks displays are expected to be take centerstage at the Capitol Hill and the National Washington Monument which should be something to watch.

Though there are bound to be a lot of areas over there having their own fireworks displays, nothing beats seeing the city skyline light up from its local landmarks.

For those who are unable to go to there, you can catch it via live streaming here.

Finally there is Las Vegas which is expected to hold a lot of fireworks displays from large hotels and casinos. That includes the MGM Grand, Caesar's Palace and Planet Hollywood among others, each likely to launch their pyrotechnics from their respective rooftops.

The Las Vegas strip is expected to be quite busy with all the partying with local celebrities likely to perform as well at select luxury casinos and hotels.

Since folks cannot be in more than one place at once, you can turn to live streaming for the said events here. If you want, you can also get the Grucci app to watch it easier.
