The next two episodes of "NCIS"season 14 promises to be eventful as two familiar faces return to the show for a visit.

The first one will belong to Duane Henry — who plays MI6 agent Clayton Reeves — who returns in the Oct. 18 episode entitled "Philly."

Based on the episode synopsis, Gibbs (Mark Harmon) sends Bishop (Emily Wickersham) and Quinn (Jennifer Esposito) to Philadelphia to work with MI6 officer Clayton Reeves when the disappearance of an MI6 officer is linked to a murdered petty officer.

The Parent Herald revealed that the case will allow the show to explore Quinn's backstory and answer the question of why she quit field work in the first place.

Meanwhile, the show's episode for November promises to be a blast as the show will welcome back Tony DiNozzo's (Michael Weatherly) dad.

According to Carter Matt, the episode will revolve around McGee (Sean Murray) and Delilah (Margo Harshman) trying to convince Tony's dad to let them sublease Tony's apartment. It can be recalled that the show had earlier featured Tony's famous apartment and did the whole nine yards about how somebody with his salary could afford such a place.

Now that Delilah and McGee are ready to take the next step in their relationship and with Tony gone, it makes sense that they would want to get Tony's apartment because it is truly awesome.

The site also pitched the possibility that DiNozzo Sr.'s (Robert Wagner)  guest appearance could herald a visit from Dinozzo Jr.  since his departure from the show to headline a new series allows him to come back for a visit occasionally.

Still, Weatherly's new show "Bull" — which also airs on CBS — is filmed in New York so it may be a stretch to expect him to return so soon.

One thing's for sure, its not impossible as hope springs eternal among fans of the show so the viewers will definitely keep their fingers crossed. NCIS season 14 airs every Tuesday on CBS.
