Mr. Robot Season 2 finale spoilers: Dom finds some damning evidence against Elliot?

 USA Network

With Mr. Robot about to drop the finale of Season 2 this week, it seems that more and more complications arise as trust becomes harder to come by and relationships are tested by circumstance.

It should come as no surprise since Christian Slater himself promised that the sophomore season would be an exciting season.

"It was definitely a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I'm excited for people to see how it unfolds and where its going to go," he promised.

Based on the latest episode synopsis for_h1dden-pr0cess.axx, "Elliot begins to doubt Mr. Robot; Darlene tries to do the right thing; and Dom and the FBI get closer."

The teaser for the episode meanwhile showed Elliot being taken to Joanna's house which means that Joanna may reveal something about the 9/5 hack that she has not revealed to anyone yet.

The teaser also shows Dom dropping by Elliot's place while he's not at home and in the process, finds something. It is speculated that it could be the fsociety mask or the CD case where Elliot keeps the data of the people he hacks, IBTimes reported.

Either way, it promises to be a danger to Elliot.

However the show chooses to end the season, lead star Rami Malek guarantees that it won't be the run of the mill predictable series.

"This is a very polarizing show. We say some crazy shit about the world in general, our situation, there's nothing we won't broach and that takes a really gutsy group of people to get behind a show like that. This is definitely not the juggernaut of a show that is probably raking in a ton of money. It could one day and maybe that's the whole goal, but behind us are people who really took a chance on a show that could be polarizing and gave us the free reign to really say something," he said.
