When "Mortal Kombat X" was launched, it was considered to be a stellar success by many. However, the huge success of the title did not stop developer NetherRealm Studios from making the title much more exciting for both hardcore fans of the series and casual fighting game players alike.

Gamers have already seen some new content added to the latest installment in the long-running "Mortal Kombat" series, such as "Friday the 13th" star Jason Vorhees as a new Kombatant, and the return of the original looks for some characters through Klassic Skin add-ons.

This time, fans are in for a treat as the latest expansion pack lets players fight as Tanya. Also, part of the newly-released DLC are some Klassic Skins and numerous game tweaks and enhancements.

This is not the first time that fighter Tanya will be making an appearance in a "Mortal Kombat" title as she is one of the original Kombatants of the franchise. Moreover, this will not be the first time that she would appear in "Mortal Kombat X," Tanya is already part of the story mode as a cast villain. However, fans are clamoring for Tanya to be a part of the playable character roster, and NetherRealm Studios is more than happy to oblige.

In addition to Tanya making an appearance, the new DLC also introduces players to some Klassic Skins. Hardcore fans and casual players will be able to play as Klassic Liu Kang, Klassic Sonya Blade, and Klassic Kano.

A bit of bad news, though. Currently, the new DLC is only available for those who purchased the Kombat Pack since it is part of the early access perks for Kombat Pack owners. Those who did not order the pack would need to wait for another week to take a stab at the new content.
