Thanks to a massive new leak, the tech world finally gets its most comprehensive look at Microsoft's forthcoming Windows phone outings. The leak comes in the form of slide presentations (now removed), where the Lumia 950, Lumia 950 XL and Lumia 550 showed their faces and their specs in detail.

Slides that appeared on the Nokia Forever Latinoamerica Facebook page  seemed to have come from a presentation held within the company, according to Windows Studio (via PC World). It was revealed that the Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL are getting a 20-MP PureView rear-facing camera with optical image stabilization. The former's unit also gets dual flash while the latter's gets triple flash.

The similarities also extend to the selfie snapper, which will be a 5-MP HD unit. Both devices will also offer 3 GB of RAM and a 32-GB storage space but the smaller one will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor. The bigger flagship will be fitted with a more powerful 810 chipset.

The Microsoft Lumia 950 will sport a 5.2-inch Quad HD display while the Lumia 950 XL will feature a bigger 5.7-inch display with the same screen quality. The leak also confirmed the integration of an iris sensor on the flagships as well as the use of USB Type-C ports.

The smaller of the two will pack a 3000-mAh battery whereas its bigger brother will boast a 3300-mAh unit. It also looks like the pair of handsets will not be clad in metal as fans hoped but in plastic, which will be furnished with matte.

Both the Microsoft Lumia 950 and the 950 XL will be the first Windows 10 handsets complete with Continuum support, which will allow users to connect the devices to a monitor via the Microsoft Display Dock. But the first midranger to don the new OS is the Microsoft Lumia 550, which was also exposed in the leak.

As per the slides, this device will come with a 5-inch HD display, a 5-MP/2-MP camera combo and a 1905-mAh battery. The device will be equipped with a quad-core Snapdragon processor from Qualcomm but it was not identified in the slides. Users will also enjoy 1 GB of RAM and an 8-GB expandable storage.

These three devices will reportedly be launched by Microsoft on Oct. 6, the same date the company is expected to reveal the new Surface Pro 4 and the Microsoft Band 2.
