Stevie J is in big trouble.

The controversial "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" star may soon be landing in jail for neglecting his child support duties and failed drug tests. TMZ broke the news last week that the music producer is facing a two-year jail time after the grand jury said that he needs to be penalized for failing to provide more than $1 million in child support.

The reality show star was imprisoned in June 2013 for failing to pay the required $8,500 monthly child support for two of his children with Carol Antoinette Bennett.

But as of the moment, the musician still has to be charged because he is still finishing his 30-day rehab program after the courts found out that he tested positive for using marijuana and cocaine during his mandatory 10-consecutive drug tests during his probation. He is expected to return to his home in New York City on Feb. 10 once his stint at the rehab is finally over. By then, he will be formally charged in court.

Aside from his kids with Bennett, the music producer also fathered other children, including Eva, his daughter with his "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" co-star Mimi Faust. However, it seems like Faust is not having problems with Stevie J's parenting duties with their child.

If the court did rule that Stevie J is indeed liable for jail time, it could mean that one of the most talked about cast members of the hit Bravo reality show may have to be sidelined for a long time.

Stevie J is already announced to return to the upcoming season of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta," but his current lady love Joseline Hernandez will not join him and the rest of the cast for the upcoming fourth season of the show. Hernandez was suspended by the network for causing an ugly fight between her and Stevie J against the rest of the cast members of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta," including the now-fired couple Benzino and Althea Heart.
