According to Techno Buffalo, the Le Max Pro handset appeared in an exhibit at CES 2016 with Qualcomm's latest Snapdragon 820 processor running in the device. The processor is clocked in at a 2.2 GHz power and is backed by the Adreno 530 GPU and 4GB RAM.

"Letv has already established itself as one of the world's top innovators and our decision to include the Snapdragon 820 processor in these new devices demonstrates our commitment to creating and delivering the best technology available to our customers," chief operating officer Jun Liang said to Indian Express.

The Letv Le Max Pro sports a 6.33-inch full HD display, which puts it in the phablet category. The device also sports a new Sense ID fingerprint technology also created by Qualcomm and a large 3,400 mAh battery capacity, backed up by Qualcomm's Quick Charge 2.0 which allows up to 75 percent faster charging. The body is covered by a unibody metal enclosure that looks sleek and simple. Software-wise, the Le Max Pro runs on LeTV's EUI, which is based on the Android 6.0 Marshmallow firmware.

"We are very pleased that Letv is first to bring compelling and advanced smartphones to consumers that are powered by the Snapdragon 820 processor and feature Snapdragon Sense ID fingerprint technology," Qualcomm senior vice president for product management Alex Katouzian said in an interview with Indian Express.

According to Anroid Authority, the back-facing camera comes with 21 megapixels with OIS and the front facing camera comes with 2 ultrapixels. The handset also comes with a Dual SIM capacity.
