'Kingdom Hearts 3' release: teasers to be shown at E3 2015?

Kingdom Hearts 3 Square-Enix

Two years ago, Square Enix revealed that a new "Kingdom Hearts" installment would be coming. Since then, fans have scoured online and waited patiently for additional information, especially on when the game would be released. Fans hoped that the game giant would come out with "Kingdom Hearts 3" teasers in the past two Electronic Entertainment Expo events. However, instead of the rumored third installment, Square Enix focused on "Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix" during last year's E3.

Now that this year's E3 event is just around the corner, many observers and fans are saying that Square Enix will finally reveal details about "Kingdom Hearts 3." Speculations that cropped up recently may just serve to strengthen the said rumors.

On the official Facebook page of "Kingdom Hearts" was a survey that Square Enix asked all fans to take. The survey is now closed, but according to those who went on to answer some questions, it focused on the previous "Kingdom Hearts" titles and on what they would like to see in future releases.

Although the game company has not confirmed if it will be making a "Kingdom Hearts" presentation at this year's E3 event, some fans are wondering if the survey is a sign of upcoming reveals. This year's E3 will be held from June 16 to 18 in Los Angeles, and the timing of the survey could not have been better.

Other rumors about "Kingdom Hearts 3" have been making their rounds online, and the teasers and supposed leaked images have helped funnel the speculations. According to the reports, "Kingdom Hearts 3" will not make it to the North American E3 event, since Square Enix would most likely concentrate on presenting the other titles under its belt such as "Final Fantasy XV" and the recently-confirmed "Deus Ex" sequel.
