A lot of fans are excited for the return of the series "iZombie" on the CW, due to the fact that the newest season will feature a lot of changes.

Rumors online had spread that the medical examiner Ravi Chakrabarti will transform by the third season. However, the Parent Herald reports that the actor playing this character, Rahul Kohli, shut down these rumors in an interview. Regardless, a lot of fans are hyped as to whether or not this pacifist character will turn into an all-out badass once the new season starts.

The reason why Ravi's transformation rumors spread in the first place is a photo of him he posted on Twitter, showing that he's undergoing some sort of MMA training. A lot of people said that this is part of his preparation for his character's evolution, as well as part of his recovery from breaking up with his ex-girlfriend Peyton (Aly Michalka). Fortunately, despite this breakup, Peyton and Ravi's characters in "iZombie" have remained cordial.

Despite Kohli's denial of Ravi's character transformation in the third season of "iZombie," he did confirm that there will be more to the character, especially since a lot of fans still don't know a lot about him as of the moment. He even went so far as to say that the show will focus more on Ravi in the upcoming season, according to TV Guide.

With the show about to begin filming in a few weeks, fans can expect more about Major's (Roberty Buckley) new ability. After all, the vaccine made by Ravi has already worn off, making him a full-on zombie. With this, Major will be able to take on the personality of the brain he eats, which is similar to Liv's ability.

In any case, the show still has no confirmed air date as of now, so fans should just wait for more announcements in the coming days.
