iOS 9.2.1 jailbreak release date news: Waiting for iOS 9.3 launch

iOS 9.3 beta is out but for some users, more are concerned on whether or not there is a jailbreak for iOS 9.2.

The last jailbreak that came was for iOS 9.0.2 and some Apple users who have not upgraded their operating system to date can still put that to good use. Anything higher than that would tie up the hands of folks as they need to wait for a higher jailbreak; that is if one is coming.

Right now, it seems unclear if one would be coming out soon. Better yet, are hacker groups Pangu and TaiG actually making one?

With the release of iOS 9.3 beta, the immediate conclusion that comes into mind is that there is no new jailbreak coming at all. However, a flicker of hope stands with belief that Pangu and TaiG are purposely delaying the release until iOS 9.3 is officially out.

Such is a strategic move to prolong the essence of having an iOS 9.2 jailbreak (or higher). If successful, the move could end up hampering Apple's drive to come up with a better protected operating system.

That pitch could be good or bad, depending on how an Apple user sees it; but the bottom line of it all is that there is no iOS 9.2.1 jailbreak expected to be out soon.

There is, however, one person who claims to have successfully jailbroken the latest Apple operating system. Italian hacker Luca Todesco (qwertyoruiop) claims that jailbreaking is possible for the latest iOS (9.2, 9.2.1, and 9.3).

Todesco went as far as showing people how he was able to do it in a video and by posting a photo on Twitter. Even though it remains to be seen if his claims are true or not, lack of supporting information and release of the alleged jailbreak places this one in question.

Also, with iOS 9.3 seemingly nearing a release, it makes no sense to jailbreak Apple devices now when it will be patched up anyway once applied.
