iOS 8.4.1 Jailbreak to be released soon? what we know

Apple has already released its newest platform, iOS 9, for its mobile devices including the new iPhone 6s and 6s Plus, as well as the new iPad Pro. In addition, the new platform has also already rolled out a newer 9.0.1 update that addressed various glitches and tweaks to the recently released platform.

Meanwhile, though, fans of the jailbreak edition of the iOS platform are still waiting for the newest one to be released by different jailbreak development teams. Furthermore, it is still unsure whether the next jailbreak version will be based on the previous iOS 8.4.1, or if the developers will instead jump into the newer iOS 9.0 base version.

However, other observers say that allegedly, the jailbreak development team is already putting its finishing touches on an iOS 8.4.1 jailbreak version, and will soon come out with its release.

According to iDigital Times, it can be inferred from recent tweets from one jailbreak developer that a new iOS jailbreak version is on its way. In a tweet by Luca Todesco, an independent security researcher and jailbreak tweak developer, he mentioned that, "If you would jailbreak if you could, even if it meant no iOS 9, install 8.4.1."

In addition, it seems that Todesco is currently working on the jailbreak version himself, with help from noted development team PanGu. Speaking with iDigital Times, Todesco said, ""PanGu is helping me with the actual kernel exploit, but right now I'm working on everything else."

Meanwhile, GottabeMobile also indicated that a new jailbreak is in the works, and will be released before the official 8.4.1 iOS is removed from Apple's support list. The previous iOS will still be on the signing list for at least a couple more weeks, meaning that users who have already updated to iOS 9 but want to downgrade to the previous platform (which is a must for switching to a jailbreak version) can still do so.
