Peter Quinn (Rupert Friend) is back to his role as a pitiless assassin in the upcoming episode of the hit Showtime series "Homeland."

In "All About Allison," Quinn is all set to meet the deputy emir of Syria. Last episode, a chance luck landed him a one-way ticket to the country care of a jihadist he met. Bibi (René Ifrah) offered him the job of escorting his men to the border to get to Syria. The jihadist was impressed with Quinn's skills after his knife fight with Hajik (Jarreth J. Merz) and thought he was the man for the job. Quinn was not interested at first, until he heard that Bibi's uncle was the deputy emir.

Triumphant, he told Dar Adal (F. Murray Abraham) of the opportunity. With Saul Berenson's (Mandy Patinkin) defection, the latter became the unofficial go-to for Quinn. Dar was very pleased with the turn of events, as they were getting close to their goal. Can the deputy emir help the CIA with its operation in Syria? Dar seemed to think so, as he gave Quinn the green light to pursue the mission.

Meanwhile, the official promo shows Carrie Mathison (Claire Danes) desperate enough to seek help from the one person she should not even be talking to. The former CIA agent is asking Allison Carr (Miranda Otto) if there is anything that she can do to help her. Carrie looks close to breaking point as she begs the CIA Berlin Station Chief to review her old field reports. Allison replies that they are classified, but Carrie is adamant.

She tells Allison that certain people are trying to kill her and she urgently wants it to end. True enough, a sniper is training his rifle at Carrie while they are talking. Is the killer under Ivan Krupin's (Mark Ivanir) employ? Does it mean Allison is lining Carrie up for the kill? Prior to the meeting, the clip shows the two of them at the back of the car, waiting for Carrie's call. Is this the end for the former CIA agent?

"Homeland" airs Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on Showtime.
