Hillsong Worship is talking about their Easter single "O Praise The Name" and hopes that Christians from all over the world will use their song and "take time out and consider" their faith during that time.

The band said that Easter weekend is the only time of the year when people - both Christians and non-Christians alike - take time to consider Jesus and everything that He stands for. So their Easter single tackles "who He was or wasn't, what He did or didn't do, the life He lived, His death, His resurrection and all that happened after."

"This song tells a timeless story — it helps us remember it anew and reflect on it in a different way. It's the story of the Cross, of His resurrection, of the greatest love story in history," they wrote on the Hillsong Worship page.

The band shared the Bible verse Romans 5:8, which says: "God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us."

And in the song "O Praise The Name," they relive the story of the Cross. According to them, it is "a story of love, and of rebirth. Anástasis, Jesus' resurrection that leads us to respond to His great love for us!"

What's amazing about Jesus' resurrection, according to Hillsong Worship, is the story is still as relevant today as it was 2000 years ago. "It was real then, and it's real now. We pray that this Easter, it's real for you too," the band said.
