Grey's Anatomy season 10 will finally premiere tonight at 9 p.m. ET on ABC with a two-hour special consisting of two episodes.

A sneak peak of the first two minutes of the episode can be seen below. The premiere episode will be narrated by James Pickens, Jr., who plays Dr Richard Webber, as he fights for his life after being electrocuted in last season's finale. Fans have been desperate to find out whether Webber survived the electrocution at the end of Season 9. The finale left fans hanging, wondering whether Webber had been killed off or whether he would be coming back in Season 10.
The official synopsis of Episode 1, titled "Seal our Fate" is as follows:
In the first hour, "Seal Our Fate" (9:00-10:00 p.m. ET), the Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital doctors are faced with the devastation left by the storm. A giant mudslide in Seattle injures a group of first responders and citizens, causing the already short-handed ER to spring into action. Meanwhile, Meredith [Ellen Pompeo] is faced with a tough decision that will affect the life of a loved one, Callie Torres [Sara Ramirez] is rocked by the reality of Arizona's [Jessica Capshaw] infidelity, and Richard's [James Pickens Jr.] life is in extreme danger.
In the second hour, "I Want You With Me" (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET), the fight continues to save those affected by the storm, Callie makes a bold decision regarding her relationship, and the doctors come together upon receiving devastating news.
In other Grey's Anatomy news, cast rumors have seemingly confirmed that actor James Remar will be joining the cast for Season 10. Remar is of course known for playing Dexter's father in hit Showtime series "Dexter."
According to TVLine, Remar will feature in a number of shows for Season 10, although no information about his character has yet been revealed. However, what does appear to be clear is that Remar will appear sometime early in Season 10.
