'Grey's Anatomy' season 12 spoilers: Title of premiere episode leaked - 'Sledgehammer'

Apart from McDreamy no longer appearing in "Grey's Anatomy" season 12 and creator Shonda Rhimes exploring "uncharted territory," there are no concrete details that will give fans an idea of what the new season will be about. A brand new leak, however, will change that.

First spotted by IB Times, an image that holds the title of the first episode of the new season was leaked. This photo, which seemingly shows a casting call for the premiere, revealed that the new season will kick off with an opening episode called "Sledgehammer."

As per The Inquisitr, this episode spells trouble for the characters. The site argues that titles for the series are usually song titles and "Sledgehammer" happens to be a song by Peter Gabriel, which the site says suggests some relationship woes.

For starters, April and Jackson's marriage wasn't in the best shape as the previous season drew to a close. Alex expressed her interest in returning to the military, which did not sit well with Jackson, who told her that if she pursues it, their marriage is done.

On the other hand, everything seems to be in order for Jo and Alex, who just moved in together. However, for Camilla Luddington, who plays Jo, this is a little too perfect.

"I just don't trust things are going to continue to go well," she told TV Line

In the same interview, she revealed that "it would be nuts" to have Izzy back. The character, who was played by Katherine Heigl, was involved with Alex in the initial "Grey's Anatomy" seasons but their relationship ended without closure. If season 12 will mess things up for Alex and Jo, TV Line thinks it will be best for Izzy to do that job.

As for Owen and Amelia, it looks like their relationship will be on the rocks, too, as they continue to show their affection on each other but not actually doing anything about it.

"Grey's Anatomy" season 12 premieres Sept. 24.
