"Glee" season 6 is reported to come back to the small screen in early 2015.

Initial reports claimed that the hit Fox TV series was set to premiere this fall. However, there were new reports that claimed that the musical TV show will air the sixth and final season this coming spring next year.

The reason for this could be because the production of the next season has been delayed. The delay is reported to be due to different circumstances, according to sources. There were also rumors that the filming of the series was put off because of the rift between certain actors of the show.

Not so long ago, there were rumors that Chris Colfer was fired from the series that made the fans panic. However, this was later denied by the actor and members of the show. The actor explained that his Twitter account was hacked. He confirmed that he will be back on the show. However, the real reason behind the delay was not explained.

On the other hand, the delay will give the production team more time to plan the sixth season of the series.

The final season will have only 13 episodes compared to the 24 episodes of the previous season. However, there have been reports that claimed that the producers may still continue with the original 24 episodes.

According to "Glee" season 6 spoilers, Rachel will be seen in the upcoming season which is slated to be on Fox's 2015 lineup. Show creators Ryan Murphy and Brad Fachuk aims to conclude the series on a high note despite the fewer number of episode.

The spoilers added that the sixth season of "Glee" will be filmed in the characters alma mater McKinley High where everything started. Show creator Ryan Murphy said that the final season will be about looking back to the roots of the characters and a lot of cast members will be coming back for the final season.
