"Game of Thrones" season 5 spoilers: Bran Stark to die after meeting Three-Eye Raven?

In the final episode of "Game of Thrones" season 4, fans saw Bran Stark meeting the Three-Eye Raven, who was the old man in a tree. Since then, there were questions on whether Bran will also meet his end next season.

In the books, Bran's storyline followed him training to take the Three-Eyed Raven's place, which grants him the ability to see into the past, present, and future, as well as to communicate with the trees. It was speculated that Bran's new gained ability will be an opportunity for the show to flesh out the story of some of the characters.

However, the HBO hit miniseries has been notorious in not following the books. For example, the small screen adaptation of "Game of Thrones" was reported to no longer bring back Lady Stoneheart in the series. But in the books, vengeful Lady Stoneheart will be resurrected through some kind of supernatural means. Thus, it is still unknown what the plans are for next season.

Meanwhile, "Game of Thrones" season 5 will feature some of the familiar locations in the series. There were reports that the big HBO production is scouting Croatia to be a setting for the fifth season.

Reports also claimed that the cast and crew are heading to Iceland to film a very limited amount of daylight hour before transferring to Spain to shoot the Dorne scenes for the popular TV show.

Some of the rumored locations for season 5 are: The Plaza de Toros, The University, La Colegiata, and The Canteras de Osuna.

The production has confirmed that the Alcazar of Seville was scouted to be the Water Gardens of Dorne, home to the Martell family.

In other news, the "Winds of Winter" is rumored to be released three years from now. There were also speculations that the new book will arrive in 2016 if author George R. R. Martin will hasten his writing. Nevertheless, this gives the fans something to look forward to.
