Carter's (Kathryn Prescott) life will be in danger while searching for the truth about Seth's (Kristofer Holst) death in the upcoming episode of the MTV series "Finding Carter."

In "The Corrections," CarterMatt reports that the teenager is still reeling from what happened to Seth during the party thrown by Jared (Jackson Rathbone) and her. They were supposed to celebrate their decision to move in together. Carter prepared the party and even chose a suitable venue for the event. She still cannot believe that what was supposed to be a happy night led to the murder of one of the people she considered important. Seth died of drug overdose, right at the time when he was supposed to leave for New York for his residency. Carter was supposed to go with him, since she also landed an internship in an art gallery there. Unfortunately for Seth, he chugged one drug too many and this resulted to his death.

Carter still does not know that her boyfriend is heavily involved in drug dealership. He is actually the person behind Seth's death, but the guy is slippery. He can weave tall tales and Carter will still believe him. When she saw him drag Seth's body out of the venue and then told the cops he did not know the guy, she did not say anything. Now that she is looking for information on why Seth overdosed, she is making herself vulnerable to an attack from Jared. Will her boyfriend really hurt her just to save his drug business? Jared makes a lot of dough out of his dealings, but he still needs to pay the $40,000 loan from some guy. If worse comes to worst, will he sacrifice Carter?

Meanwhile, Max (Alex Saxon) also has something heavy to deal with. He sent his violent father back to jail last episode. His dad was trying to convince his mother that he has changed and that they should get back together. The last time he was imprisoned, he almost beat her to death. When the teenager saw that his mother was weakening towards the father, he acted without thinking. Max provoked the older man by calling him a loser, and the latter snapped. He beat Max until the cops arrived to take him away. Now, Max has to deal with everything that happened. Will he ever forgive his father?

"Finding Carter" season 2 airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. on MTV.
