'Fifty Shades of Grey' movie spoilers: Film to be "artistic and tasteful"

Fifty Shades of Grey

"Fifty Shades of Grey" may not be as steamy as many fans wished it could be as the film aims to be "artistic and tasteful," according to one of the actress in the film.

Actress Eloise Mumford, who plays the role of Anastasia Steele's roommate in the film, commended director Sam Taylor-Johnson, saying it was great working with the director.

"She's such a great director. I knew right away it would be tasteful and artistic. And the cinematographer is Seamus McGarvey. He did Anna Karenina. It's going to be beautiful," Mumford said.

The actress added that although the novel is somehow erotic, the film will be more than just sex. She said that the movie will be about love and romance after all. She also stated that Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan were "the perfect pair to play Ana and Christian."

This is in line with previous reports that the film will be tamed and will focus on the relationship of the two protagonists and not on their sexual relationship. In March, Universal Pictures teased fans with a five-minute clip of the upcoming film, which showed more of the romance side of the film.

Meanwhile, actress Rita Ora, who plays Christian Grey's sister, revealed that there will be "a really spicy scene".

"Fifty Shades of Grey" is an adult novel that started as fan fiction on the Internet based on the "Twilight" series. The story revolved around the relationship between billionaire Christian Grey and virgin Anastacia Steele. The movie adaptation of the first book of the trilogy will star Dakota Johnson and Jamie Dornan starring as Anastasia Steele and Christian Grey.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" is set to hit the theatres on Feb. 13, 2015. The trailer of the film has not been revealed yet. Latest reports claimed that the trailer will be released no later than September.
