'Fear the Walking Dead' episode 4 'Not Fade Away' - Certain character's death looming; family accepts reality has changed

The first episode of the second half of "Fear the Walking Dead" is here and it seems to spell some trouble for a particular character. [Spoiler Alert!] The installment, titled "Not Fade Away," is said to see the death of Griselda Salazar.

 AMC

The last time viewers saw Griselda, she endured the twinge of a sprained ankle, which was not bad enough to have fans worry about it. But considering the danger around them, literally anyone can potentially bite the dust anytime.

The rumor about the character's death was instigated by the IMDB page of Patricia Reyes Spindola, who plays the role of Griselda. The actress was only credited in four episodes of "Fear the Walking Dead," the upcoming installment being the final one. What this tells fans is that the character will not make it out alive in "Not Fade Away." As per The Inquisitr, her injured ankle will get her killed by either worsening at the wrong time or preventing her to run for her life as a zombie corners her.

In the upcoming "Fear the Walking Dead" episode, the National Coast has quarantined the area, thwarting the plans of Travis and his family's plans to get out of the zombie-infested neighborhood and to retreat to permanent safety. Apparently, the National Coast could only provide a fleeting feeling of refuge and could only last for a time in deferring the flesh eaters before they get snacked on by them.

That being said, there's no one to protect the family but themselves, and so they reluctantly begin to acquaint themselves with the convention of a world they have never imagined living in. Here is the synopsis for the upcoming episode, which airs Sept. 20:

Madison and Travis see different sides of the National Guard's occupation in their neighborhood; the family tries to adapt to the new world."

Be sure to watch the episode 4 of "Fear the Walking Dead" on Sunday, Sept. 20 at 9 p.m. ET. If you miss the episode, watch it online via live stream on AMC.
