'Fargo' season 2 spoilers: Ed still on the run; trouble erupts among the Gerhardt men in episode 7

Lou (Patrick Wilson) and Hank (Ted Danson) continue their investigation about the Gerhardt– Blumquist saga in the upcoming episode of the FX series "Fargo."

In "Did you do this? No, you did it!" TV.com reports that the police are still sifting through evidence to determine what exactly took place in the altercation between Charlie (Allan Dobrescu) and Ed (Jesse Plemons). Ed killed Virgil (Greg Bryk), Charlie's associate, but he managed to escape custody and was on the run. The young Gerhardt, on the other hand, was serving time for attacking the butcher.

For Sheriff Hank, he is still on the trail of finding out what happened with the accident involving Rye. Last episode, Peggy (Kirsten Dunst) refused to tell him why she did not stop the car after hitting the man. At the same time, he is itching to find out the heathen who clubbed him in the head while he was talking to the beautician. Hanzee (Zahn McClarnon) rendered Hank unconscious so that Dodd (Jeffrey Donovan) and the others could kill Peggy. They were unsuccessful with their attempt, however, after getting too cocky and believing that Peggy was defenseless.

Meanwhile, the Gerhardts will be facing more problems aside from Charlie's predicament. Bear (Angus Sampson) is reportedly getting suspicious about one of his family members. Can it be Simone (Rachel Keller), who sent her lover Mike (Bokeem Woodbine) to take out her abusive father? She wanted revenge on Dodd after he called her a whore. Unfortunately, Mike gunned Floyd (Jean Smart) instead.

With the Gerhardt matriarch out of the picture, the brewing sibling rivalry between Bear and Dodd will once again surface. She was the only one who broke up the fight between the two, as she reminded them about their true goal — to kill the Butcher of Luverne. But with Floyd gone, will the Gerhardt men end up killing each other before they get their hands on Ed?

"Fargo" airs Mondays at 10 p.m. EST on FX.
