Fans urge Jana 'Cinderella Duggar' to have a life by going to college and making a name for herself

The eldest Duggar daughter Jana, who has been nicknamed by the fans of the cancelled "19 Kids and Counting" as the family's "Cinderella Duggar," is now being urged to go to college and make a name for herself.

Jana has been given the responsibility of caring for her younger siblings, not to mention her nieces and nephews, hence the nickname "Cinderella." Many people have pointed out that her parents Jim Bob and Michelle have taken advantage of her by making her the family's all-around babysitter.

Unlike her younger sisters Jill and Jessa, Jana still has not found any man to marry, so she is stuck in the Duggar household. Past reports said Jana wanted to go to college elsewhere, but was prohibited by her parents from doing so.

When the family shared on their Facebook page a photo of Jana arm wrestling with her younger brother James, people commented on Jana's current situation and wished she was given the liberty to pursue the life she wants.

A user named Halie Sanders writes, "Such a pretty girl! College would look great on her."

Diane Cortazzo agreed, saying, "Would love to see her be able to have a life. Seems parents have taken advantage of her."

Patricia D. Murphy feels the same way and notes, "Jana is so pretty and sweet. It just bothers me that she has such a large responsibility of all of her parents' children. She can do so much better in a life of her own. She doesn't even need a man to do that."

However, other fans want to see Jana paired up with a suitable man. "Jana is beautiful, so ready for her to move out and find a man and get married!!!!! Love her," comments Rachael Atnip.

Victoria Noelle Dickie, on the other hand, brought back to life the earlier rumour that Jana is dating NFL star Tim Tebow, who is also a devout Christian. "Why do I want her and Tim Tebow to be a couple so badly?" she writes.

Meanwhile, there were some who suggested that maybe Jana is happy and contented right where she is. "Maybe Jana likes being home and that's what she wants," mulls Nicole Martin.
