Good news for those who are currently deep into playing the latest title in the "Dragon Ball" game franchise, "Dragon Ball XenoVerse," as the title is scheduled to receive an expansion update this week.

According to reports, the next DLC pack for the game, dubbed as the "Resurrection 'F'" pack, will be released to commemorate the newest film in the "Dragon Ball" series. The expansion pack will feature additional content for the game, including five new Parallel Quests, eight Master Quests, and 14 additional new skills. The update will also introduce two new Masters, namely Elder Kai and Jaco the Galactic Patrolman.

Aside from the additional missions and non-playable characters, the expansion pack will also introduce four new playable characters, taken directly from the recently-released "Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F'" movie. Players can now check out Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan (SSGSS) Goku, SSGSS Vegeta, Jaco the Galactic Patrolman, and Golden Frieza.

In addition, the DLC will also add two new costumes, Turtle Hermit's Aloha Shirt and Gohan's Tracksuit, in the mix. There will also be two new accessories for players to try on: the Turte Hermit Set and Tagoma's Scouter. There will also be one new gesture or character stance and seven new Z Souls to be added.

Meanwhile, prior to the DLC release, the "Dragon Ball XenoVerse" title will also be updated with a new patch to prepare for the expansion. The new patch update, available as a 520 MB download, will introduce data for the upcoming "Resurrection 'F'" pack and World Tournament functionality. In addition, the update will add content such as new chat phrases and Event Quests, and will also increase the level cap to 99. There will also be tweaking of several skills and Z Souls for a more rebalanced gameplay, aside from fixing several minor bugs and glitches for online matches.
