The battle to save the future is apparently going to be a long one as the Super Saiyan heroes will have to think on their feet in order to put a stop to Black Goku and Zamasu's evil schemes. The next episode in the highly popular anime television series "Dragon Ball Super" will feature Trunk's power as he takes on Black Goku and Zamasu by himself.

According to the latest spoiler reports for "Dragon Ball Super" episode 62, Trunks will apparently have no choice but to buy Goku and the rest of the team some time to figure out how to defeat Black Goku and Zamasu. This is after realizing that there was no way of defeating them in a head-on battle.

Son Goku and Vegeta then decide to go back to the present to find some way of getting the upper hand against their formidable enemies. Future Trunks then tells them to proceed with their plans while he holds off both Black Goku and Zamasu. Trunks then powers up into a new form, one which is stronger that his normal Super Saiyan transformation.

Spoiler reports for episode 63 also reveal that Piccolo will tell Goku that he has to learn the Mafuba technique. The technique is also called the Evil Containment Wave and is used to lock away demons into a special container with a unique seal. Goku must then seek the help of the Turtle Hermit to teach him the technique.

While this is all happening, Future Trunks is barely holding on after fighting against Zamasu and Black Goku in full power. Black Goku then manages to deal a critical blow against Future Trunks. Right at the moment where Black Goku is about to kill Future Trunks, Goku and Vegeta arrive from the present and prevents it from happening.

"Dragon Ball Super" episode 62 — titled "I'll Protect the World! Trunks' Angry Super Power Explosion!!" — is scheduled to air on Oct. 16, while episode 63 — titled "Don't Defile Saiyan Cells! The Curtain Rises on Vegeta's Intense Battle!!" — airs on Oct. 23 at 9 a.m. JST on Fuji TV.
