Derick and Jill Dillard of "19 Kids and Counting" have just celebrated their first year wedding anniversary together with their firstborn son Israel David. But by the way they are acting, it seems like they're still enjoying the honeymoon stage of their marriage.

The two had an adorable photo shoot with Elizabeth Zellon Photography, where they shared lots of hugs and smooches. They even brought Israel David along, who looked quite content having his photos taken with his parents.

Derick and Jill shared some of the photos on their social media accounts and blog. For his part, Derick shared a black and white photo of him and Jill kissing Israel David's head at the same time on his Instagram account (@derickdillard) and wrote, "I can't believe it's already been a year since I married my best friend!"

The two are actually planning to leave the United States this month and embark on a new ministry in a different country, which they have not disclosed yet.

"God has put a desire in our hearts to serve Him internationally for longer than the typical short-term mission trip, but we didn't know yet how God would fulfill that desire in us," Derick wrote. "Earlier this year God brought about an opportunity much earlier than either of us was expecting. Several months ago a new opportunity arose for us to serve God on the mission field."

After several months of prayer, reflection, and consultation with their friends and family, the Dillard couple finally decided to take the plunge.

"We are confident in knowing that there is no better place to be than in the centre of God's will for our lives," added Derick. "We look forward to this adventure and the joy of serving Him in this new way."
