One of the esteemed judges in "Dancing With the Stars" will not be joining the upcoming season of the hit ABC dance competition show. After serving for three consecutive installments, Julianne Hough has decided she has had enough.

The dancer/singer/actress and two-time champion of the show told PEOPLE that her schedule would not be able to accommodate her gig with "Dancing With the Stars." Hough promised her fans, though, that she would soon be back "in the ballroom," prompting speculations that she is just going on hiatus for this year's competition. Former judge Len Goodman, who likewise took some time off due to other filming commitments last year, will replace her. He will be joining Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli in the panel.

"I will miss being on the panel for Season 22, but have a lot of exciting stuff coming that I look forward to sharing. The pro dancers, producers and crew at DWTS will always be my family. I promise it's not the last you'll see of me in the ballroom," Hough said.

Meanwhile, Dominique Moceanu may be the next Olympic medalist to join the show. She previously exchanged tweets with some fans, stating that she would want to be in "Dancing With the Stars." The gymnast also asked her followers whom they want to be her dance partner. ABC has yet to announce whether Moceanu will be part of their roster for season 22.

As for Scott Disick, who is also being rumored to be joining the cast of "DWTS," a source told Us Weekly that there was "no chance" that the producers would consider the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star on the show. Rumors have it that he was demanding such a large payout, a whopping $500,000, for his participation.

"Dancing With the Stars" will return on March 21 at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
