'Dancing with the Stars' 2015 predictions: Who will be the season's winners and losers in season 21?

Now that the complete list of celebrities joining "Dancing with the Stars" season 21 and their dance pro partners has been revealed, it's time to determine which of the couples are possible winners and which ones might be booted out before the finale.

Buddy TV predicts that Derek Hough and Bindi Irwin can dance their way to the top. The site, however, says this victory will largely depend on Hough, who reached top 4 in the last 11 seasons he participated in.

Carter Matt, on the other hand, compares Irwin to Sadie Robertson, who pulled off some good performances in "DWTS" season 19 even though she wasn't previously exposed to the field of dancing. That said, fans just might see the 17-year-old Australian wildlife conservationist in the end.

Buddy TV also thinks that the power couple in "Dancing with the Stars" season 21 will have to be Carlos PenaVega and Witney Carson. The latter won season 19 with Alfonso Ribeiro while the former was part of the band Big Time Rush, which did a lot of dancing and choreography.

Both websites agree that Nick Carter of Backstreet Boys could win the whole thing, as '90s boy band members seem to almost always perform well in the competition. Drew Lachey (98 Degrees) won in season 2, while Joey McIntyre (New Kids on the Block), Joey Fatone and Lance Bass (both from NSync) went all the way to the top 3.

If this trend continues, Carter should already imagine himself with that Mirror Ball Trophy. With the help of Sharna Burgess, who danced for the first time in the show with Noah Galloway last season, it wouldn't be so hard for the two to conquer "Dancing with the Stars" season 21.

Meanwhile, Paula Deen, Gary Busey, and Chaka Khan aren't expected to last that long in the contest, while Andy Grammer has media outlets torn. The age of Hayes Grier, 15, this season's youngest competitor, may cost him to go home early, too, if 15-year-old Willow Shields' journey in the competition last season is anything to go by.

"Dancing with the Stars" season 21 premieres Sept. 21.
