Cathy Nesbitt-Stein and her daughter Vivi-Anne opted not to return on the second half of "Dance Moms" season 5 for business reasons. Speaking to IB Times, the Candy Apples Dance Center owner revealed that the time she quit the show, it was "a very busy time" for her studio.

"I also have a business and don't feel comfortable leaving my clientele with no one when I'm the one that producers the whole entire show. That's why you don't see me the whole back half," Nesbitt-Stein explained.

Despite this though, she "would love, love, love" to appear on "Dance Moms" season 6, saying, "I absolutely enjoy doing it. If they could do something that they could come back here I would definitely be very interested participating with them."

Nesbitt-Stein also has ideas on what she will be up to in the event she returns. During the interview, she opened up about how the filming hours of the show (the same hours she works in her studio) impairs her to be able to go hands-on in sharing her choreography skills. The show then ends up enlisting guest choreographers.

"You're seeing the girls learn their dance, but they're not learning it or cleaning it up in its entirety. There's a lot of behind the scenes rehearsal and I could not do that late at night," she explained.

Meanwhile, Lifetime is looking for new young dancers and moms for "Dance Moms" season 6, although the network has yet to share details as to which of the regular cast members are leaving or returning.

There was a point that Abby Lee Miller herself reportedly considered leaving the show due to problems on payment and the overall drama. But it looks like things have been patched up as the ADLC manager herself is helping Lifetime look for new cast members.

Maddie Ziegler, on the other hand, expressed that she isn't sure if she is still up for "Dance Moms" season 6. Bustle says that with her blossoming career in modeling and her great interest in acting on top of her popularity after dancing in Sia's music videos, Ziegler has her hands full.
