Cleveland Cavaliers news 2015: Lebron James criticizes teammates' lack of effort in loss

LeBron James has proven that he can play big time when he wants to, but the thing is he knows he cannot do it alone. This was witnessed during the last National Basketball Association (NBA) Finals wherein even a monster-performing James wasn't enough to snag the NBA title.

This early, James is placing attention on that and despite the fact that it is still early in the season, the Cavs star player is not happy at the lack of effort his teammates had particularly when they dropped a 108–105 double overtime loss to the Milwaukee Bucks.

But James, as shared to reporters and relayed by ESPN's Dave McMenamin, has taken notice of such not only at that time but in other games too. And for that, James is not happy, especially when it reaches the late game situations.

Apparently, James has a point. Most of his current teammates saw what happened during the last NBA Finals and obviously, he wants them to step up without being told to do so.

The Cavs do have a good record at this point and it is too early to tell if they can indeed get that first-ever NBA title. But if they start slacking this early and it carries on toward the latter stages of the season, the Cavs could stumble at some point in the crucial stages.

Obviously, James doesn't want that to happen and wants everyone to maintain their fire and focus starting now.

The good thing about it is that James knows that for the Cavs to realize their dream, there is no place for dilly-dallying. His teammates need to show the heart and hunger that is needed to win an NBA title and relying on him or the other main stars is not the only thing that can help them attain that goal.
