Severide's (Taylor Kinney) quest to get his old position back is not going well in the upcoming episode of the NBC series "Chicago Fire."

In "2112," TV Guide reports that the former head of Rescue Squad 3 is upset with his superior, Chief Patterson (Brian White), for treating him like a normal candidate vying for the position. Severide feels that as he has already proven his skills as a competent firefighter and leader of the squad, he should be given a bit of a leeway. When Patterson shows no inkling to give him special treatment, he becomes frustrated. Apparently, to get back his position, he has to labor like everyone else, if his chief has anything to say about the matter.

Meanwhile, Chief Boden's (Eamonn Walker) moment of kindness will land him in trouble. When his new neighbor asks him for a favor, he has no reason not to agree. Unfortunately, this will reportedly have serious consequences for him. What kind of courtesy was being asked of Boden that will lead him to an uncompromising situation? While his Chief is trying to salvage the situation, Cruz (Joe Misono) will be facing a different battle of his own. A member of a gang who claims he knows his brother Leon will pay him a visit. What does this posse want from him?

Also in episode 6, the residents of Firehouse 51 will be called to help with an incident involving an 18-wheeler truck. To thank the team for a job well done, they will reportedly receive prime tickets to a concert. The firefighters will get to see Rush, a famous Canadian rock band, in person and Global TV reports that Mouch (Christian Stolte) and Herrmann (David Eigenberg) will not be able to contain their excitement. The two are big fans and it will also be a great opportunity for the rest of the group to unwind.

"Chicago Fire" airs Tuesdays at 10 p.m. EST on NBC.
