Chicago Bulls rumors 2015: Things just got complicated with Joakim Noah shoulder injury

Joakim Noah hasn't exactly been a key name in the National Basketball Association (NBA) but the Chicago Bulls forward is still someone the team needs.

After Jimmy Butler's call on first year head coach Fred Hoiberg on being too laid back, both seemed to have sat down and gotten on the same page. That could have been a sign of good things to come, a tougher Bulls from here on (hopefully).

But to do that, they have to carry on without one of their bruisers in Noah. Noah reportedly suffered a sprained shoulder which would keep him out for at two weeks. But the thing is that he will have to be re-evaluated from there, leaving a serious void which means Hoiberg will have to make adjustments.

With Noah sidelined, the Bulls are losing someone who can contribute in scoring, rebounding, and defense. He has proven this through the years but the reality of it all is that Hoiberg needs to pick out someone from his roster to take his place for the meantime.

Nikola Mirotić, Bobby Portis, Tony Snell, and Taj Gibson may likely have to adjust a bit in Noah's absence, which makes Hoiberg's work tougher.

Despite the things brought out in the open, Hoiberg doesn't pay too much attention to social media. Seeing himself in an age in which social media can caused a lot of negativity, he chooses not to be caught up in the middle of it.

He believes that the team has made progress and the negativities floating up in the clouds. At the end of the day, Hoiberg seems to be more concerned on how they are progressing.

But with a key man like Noah down, the road ahead may be a bit bumpy. But then again, that is where the coaching genius of Hoiberg comes in and hopefully, it turns out for the best.
