Wedding bells are set to ring at the Nine Nine.
According to a report by TV Guide, Adrian Pimento (Jason Mantzoukas) and Rosa (Stephanie Beatriz) will finally tie the knot but no prolonged wedding preparations will be needed because the pair will be getting married the day after they break the news at the precinct.
Of course, Amy (Melissa Fumero) gladly takes on the challenge of making the wedding "beautiful, lush and romantic," like Adrian and Rosa wants but she has to do everything in 14 hours' time. Apparently, after he was in prison getting beat up, Adrian had his big realization that life is short so he and Rosa needed to make the most of their time together.
Meanwhile, rumors persist that "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" will get cancelled after this season due to low ratings. Since it aired, the show has received two Golden Globe Awards and two Creative Emmy awards but some reports indicate that the show has yet to develop a solid following to keep it on the air.
According to stats by TV Series Finale, viewership dropped by as much as 30.26 percent from the previous season of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" when it started airing season 4 last September.
From the major drop, it continued to lose traction, especially in the 18-49 demographic starting the season with 1.06 to just .91 by the fifth episode. The show now averages 2.260 million viewers per episode compared to season 3's 2.73 million average weekly viewership.
Last season also saw the show enjoy 1.21 rating in the 18-49 demographic, which placed it on solid footing for renewal.
Meanwhile, for the upcoming seventh episode of season 4 — entitled "Mr. Santiago" — Terry (Terry Crewes) meets his lifelong hero, a famous author, after the man receives death threats. Elsewhere, Gina (Chelsea Peretti) forces her way into the Boyle clan of cousins in the hopes of choosing the next family vacation; and Holt is (Andre Braugher) furious when Amy sides with Kevin (Marc Evan Jackson) in an argument about a math puzzle.
"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" season 4 episode 7 will air on Tuesday, Nov, 22 at 9 p.m. EST on FOX.
