Special Agent Grace Miller (Kim Raver) has been hiding vital information about Booth's (David Boreanaz) disappearance in the upcoming season of Fox's "Bones."

Spoiler TV reports that the FBI operative in charge of Booth's case may be hiding the truth. While she certainly looks intent on finishing the job and finding where Brennan's (Emily Deschanel) husband is, she may well be lying about her investigation.

In a synopsis released by Fox, the team will learn that Agent Miller has not been entirely truthful to the Bureau and the Jeffersonian. She is reportedly keeping important details on the possible leads about Booth's location. The website posits that the female operative may not be who she says she is, leading to the speculations that she is a double agent.

Meanwhile, TV Guide reports that Miller will not be making friends in the Jeffersonian, especially with the kind of attitude she exhibits about the case. Her impartial view of the investigation will reportedly leave Brennan frustrated. Showrunner Michael Peterson said that she will be butting heads with Brennan a lot of times.

"They [Miller and Brennan] absolutely clash. We have two strong, intelligent women and we let them go head-to-head," said Peterson.

Peterson also revealed that Miller will not only offend Booth's wife, but the entire team as well. She will reportedly ignore protocols in her search for the truth and will not care if she rubbed people the wrong way. She will also step on others' toes if need be. Suffice to say, she will not receive a warm welcome in the Jeffersonian, even if she does succeed in finding one of their core members.

Also in season 11, FBI digital forensic scientist Dr. Benjamin Metzger (guest star Josh Casaubon) will pay the team a visit. He will purportedly work with Angela (Michaela Conlin) to decode the information they uncovered that may shed light on where Booth is and why he is missing.

"Bones" season 11 will premiere on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 8 p.m. on Fox.
