The third season premiere of The CW's "Beauty and the Beast" will air in less than a month, and fans of the show are now excited to find out how Vincent (Jay Ryan) and Catherine (Kristin Kreuk) will deal with their relationship this season.

Reports claim that season 3 will focus on the love story between the two major characters. After all the trials that they had to endure since the first season, Cat and Vincent will now announce that they are a couple, and they will move in together. And based on the promo trailer of the first episode titled "Beast of Wallstreet," Vincent seems to be planning a proposal as he is shown picking a ring with JT (Austin Basis).

"Beauty and the Beast" executive producer Brad Kern earlier told The Hollywood Reporter that Cat and Vincent will finally have the freedom to express their love for each other.

"The design last year was to break them apart for a while to try to establish separate characters and to build the separate characters and to bring them back together stronger," the series creator said. "The goal now is to try and focus on the Cat and Vincent love and challenge it to help them grow as a couple, as opposed to try to break them apart."

However, their relationship will still be haunted with several problems, including Vincent's beast persona. But their problems do not end there.

Venture Capital Post reported that a new beast will be introduced in the coming season, and it will endanger the life of one of the main characters of the series. The information about who will be in trouble this season is very scarce, but some reports claim that Tess (Nina Lisandrello) will be safe in season three, which leaves Cat, Vincent, and JT in the troubled spot.

But there are no details yet about how the new beast can affect the life of one of the main characters, as well as its identity and the actor who will portray the role.

"Beauty and the Beast" season 3 premieres on Thursday, May 21, on The CW.
