The ASUS ZenFone 3 is composed of several variants designed to suit both ends of the buying public. After launching the Deluxe and Ultra variants in several parts of the world, they are now prepping up for their mid-tier phone, the ZenFone 3 model ZE520KL.

ZenFone 3 (ZE520KL) comes in a glass and metal finish, prominent to the series, and with colors such as Sapphire Black, Moonlight White and Shimmer Gold. Its glass is made out of a contoured Corning Gorlilla Glass 2.5D, with finger print scanner and oleophobic coating to keep it smudge-free.

Its screen is pegged at 5.2 inches offering FHD, 1920 x 1080 pixel IPS display, with 600 nits brightness and 75.6 percent screen-to-body ratio. It also features Bluelight Filter for Eye Care and a 178-degree wide-viewing angle.

A 64-bit Qualcomm octa-core Snapdragon 625 at 2.0 GHz takes care of the processing power of the phone. It comes with an Adreno 506 for its GPU and either 3GB or 4GB LPDDR3 RAM. Two variants will be available in terms of internal storage, at 32GB and 64GB, both expandable to up to 200GB via a microSD card.

The ASUS ZenFone 3 ZE520KL also comes with a 16MP main camera with an f/2.0 aperture, 6P Largan lens and laser auto-focus, 32 second long exposure and a dual-LED real tone flash. The front has an 8MP snapper with an f/2.0 aperture. Audio playback is through five-magnet speakers that offer up to 40 percent better performance and controlled by ASUS SonicMaster 3.0 for better sound quality.
