It seemed that Apple will follow its last year's timeline in releasing its devices, as the company reportedly sent out a memo restricting employees to take a time off on the busiest time of the year.
Apple may launch the iPhone 6 in September just like last year. Apple Insider reported that Apple retail employees in Germany were restricted from taking days off in September. The news originated from German website iFun.de and stated that it has very little doubt that the information was false.
If this report proved to be true, it is not surprising since Apple has done it in the past. The main difference is that Apple advised its employees weeks before the unveiling of the device. This hinted that Apple may need the full cooperation of its retail employees since it was rumored that the company will release a slew of device starting next month. Starting June until the end of the year, Apple is busy in prepping up and releasing its lined-up devices.
If Apple will follow the same pattern of releasing devices, it would announce the iOS 8 at the Worldwide Developers' Conference. There were rumors that MacBook Air with Retina Display and a new MacBook Pro and iMac will be released alongside the new operating system.
Another set of rumors claimed that an iPhone with 4.7 inches screen panel will arrive in August. While a smartphone with 5.5 inches display will arrive in September. Lastly, iPad Air and iPad Mini 3 were supposed to be launch in October.
Apple has not confirmed any of the aforementioned release dates of the devices. With a myriad of gadgets set to be launched this year, it is most probable that the Cupertino-based company is taking precautionary measures to ensure that the Apple Stores are properly attended during the busy schedule of Apple.
