Apple iPad Pro 2015 release date news: Tablet coming with new iPhones in September?

Apple is reportedly launching the iPad Pro, the company's purported giant tablet, along with other new offerings this fall. This is according to a new report by Buzzfeed News, who was told by sources close to Apple that the long-rumored, yet-to-be confirmed device will finally see the sunshine on Sept. 9.

This day also happens to be the day the alleged iPhone 6s and 6s Plus will be introduced. Coincidentally, Apple released the current flagships and bestsellers iPhone 6 and 6 Plus on Sept. 9 last year, which makes it all the more resounding that the date will be very special for Apple and its patrons.

The iPad Pro is expected to come with a 12.9-inch display with a resolution of up to 2732 x 2048 pixels. It is also being said that it will look a lot like the iPad Air 2, which means that even with its massive size and hulking power, the hybrid will sport an ultra-thin chassis and slim bezels.

The device is also rumored to boast the Force Touch technology, a feature that was first seen in the Apple Watch and later made its way to the new MacBook. The pressure-sensitive feature was designed to respond with different functions and commands to a user's light tap and press.

In addition to this technology, the rumored large iPad is speculated to boast an 8 MP primary camera on its rear and it could be one of the first Apple devices to run iOS 9 and be released with a stylus. The monstrous tablet is also reportedly taking multi-tasking and split screen to the next level.

At the Sept. 9 event, it is expected that follow-ups to other iPad lineups and the new Apple TV will be fully unmasked. Apple has yet to confirm or debunk the said affair, as well as the existence of the iPad Pro.
