The third-person tactical shooter video game "Sniper Elite 4" receives its second downloadable content (DLC) earlier this week.

On Tuesday, developer Rebellion Developments dropped the second of the three-part "Deathstorm" DLC for "Sniper Elite 4." Referred to as "Infiltration," the newest DLC revolves around the story of Agent Karl Fairburne after discovering the "Deathstorm" package that contains tons of hazardous plutonium particles.

The story takes the protagonist to north of Italy in order to uncover the plans of the Nazis with this weapon. In the newest content, players will have to explore the medieval town of Niroli, which now serves as the garrison of the enemies, in order to learn more about "Deathstorm." In addition to this, players also need to penetrate the town, look for an Italian scientist and rescue his wife, who holds key information regarding the matter.

Aside from the new story mode, the newest DLC for "Sniper Elite 4" also comes with update 1.3. This patch brings in a new map called "Urban," a new mode referred to as "Capture the Flag," and a new survival mission.

The patch also comes with some fixes and enhancements, such as updated trophies and achievements, an extra anti-cheating measure for all of the multiplayer maps of the game, and other gameplay changes and bug fixes.

For players who want more weapons and skins, "Sniper Elite 4" is selling an expansion pack called the "Urban Assault Expansion Pack." Here, players get eight urban-themed rifle skins, male and female ghillie characters, and three new weapons, namely Sten, Walther PPK, and Winchester.

Last month, the game had the first of the three-part DLC called the "Deathstorm Part I: Inception," while the last part of the expansion set is expected to be released sometime in May or June.

"Sniper Elite 4" is available for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One platforms.
