It seems like the catfishing scandal that shook the Brown household is not yet over as the family continues to live with its aftermaths in the next episode of "Sister Wives" season 7.

According to the network's press release for the episode titled "Catfishing Fallout," the Browns have yet to move on from the hurt brought by the person who tricked Meri online.

"The Sister Wives are reeling from Meri's recent admission that she became involved with someone online who she thought was a man, but turned out to be a woman," the network stated.

Kody and his four wives have already gone through a counselling session to get over the pain that the controversy brought to the family. It made Meri admit that she was angry at Kody at that time, while the Brown patriarch admitted that he should have given his full support to Meri during the time when she needed him the most. He believed that it could have saved his first wife the heartache by not counting on another person to cheer her up.

But Meri's reported catfisher, who used the name Samuel Cooper, still insists that he is a man and not a woman named Jacki Overton, contrary to what Meri was saying on the show.

On a blog, Cooper said that he did not catfish Meri or any other person.

"There are a lot of false stories. Think about who the source is that you got the information from before you believe anything," Cooper wrote online.

The blogger also uploaded a set of voicemails that he claimed were from Meri, indicating that she kept on calling her to tell her how much she missed her and how much she wanted to make their relationship work. But Meri has yet to confirm if those voicemails really came from her.

Meanwhile, the upcoming episode of "Sister Wives" season 7 is titled "Pawn Shops and Polygamy Perks." It will air on Sunday, May 15, on TLC.
