'NBA 2K16' locker codes for Stephen Curry, Carmelo Anthony, LeBron James and Paul George

Some locker codes have already been released for "NBA 2K16."

Even though the game hit store shelves relatively recently, there has still been a high demand for the locker codes in the game, and fortunately enough, a few of them have been released.

The locker codes themselves are valuable since they help players get the most out of some of the most iconic men to have ever set foot on the hardwood.

Among those who already have locker codes available, announced via the "NBA 2K" Twitter account, are current New York Knicks star Carmelo Anthony, Cleveland's LeBron James, Indiana Pacers' All-Star Paul George and reigning league MVP Stephen Curry.

Locker codes have also been made available for retired players such as Larry Bird, Karl Malone, Shaquille O'Neal, Isiah Thomas and none other than "His Airness," Michael Jordan.

Unfortunately, thus far, those are the only players who come with locker codes, and it's unclear if more will be made available in the future.

In related news, a new update has just been released for "NBA 2K16" and it promises to fix some of the issues that have been troubling the game since it was first launched.

Some of the fixes include tweaks being made to show players perspiring more visibly especially when they are being asked to play more minutes. A glitch involving the block button has also been addressed to prevent players suddenly sliding around.

The latest update also brings a major addition in the form of Pro-Am Team Play being officially added to "NBA 2K16."

Tweaks have also been made to the game's MyCourt mode that previously caused several issues, and changes have also been applied to the MyGM mode inside "NBA 2K16."

Overall, the new patch introduced to "NBA 2K16" should help it run smoother from here on out.
