"Mad Max" was recently released for the PS4, Xbox One and PC, and gamers have discovered several in-game cheats and exploits that can help others locate minefields and convoys, and even help farm unlimited scrap, which are necessary to progress through the game. 

To farm unlimited scrap, gamers must complete the "epic jump" challenge located at the far right tip of the Grandrise region in Pink Eye's territory. Completing the jump will bring the player to a tent with a box where scrap can be gathered. A glitch in the game allows gamers to infinitely farm the scrap from this box so long as they do not leave the area. 

Sandstorms may arrive randomly, but instead of leaving for shelter, the player should simply enter their vehicle and wait it out. This will ensure they are still in the area, allowing them to continue gathering as much scrap as needed. Once they leave, the glitch no longer functions. 

In order to locate minefields and convoy routes, players must use their dog and the buggy. There is a certain point in the game where the player can build their dog a new home. Once this has been completed, they can then access the buggy from their garage. The dog is most useful in finding minefields as it will bark whenever one is nearby. 

Using only the dog can lead to some difficulties as the canine companion will only begin barking if it senses a minefield nearby, requiring players to have a good general idea where to start looking. 

However, while there is no in-game cheat or glitch to immediately unlock their locations in the map, a report from Gamepur has showcased all of the minefield and convoy routes, making the search easier. The maps have been updated and also showcase all points of interest, which include the location of the "epic jump" required to farm unlimited scrap.
